I'm about to sell my Eucon / Avid Artist Mix, I can't find any information on how to transfer ownership to another person. Mainly so they can download the avid drivers and eucontrol software.

Thanks, tried the wifi off & restart, that didn't change things.

I don't have a dedicated router / switch - only the modem router from Xfinity, would that work for this?

I've uninstalled, checked removed prefs, re-installed. Still same behavior.

I also installed Avid Control on my phone and that is a lot smoother over wifi. Seems like it might be a hardware...

I'm pretty sure this is from a fresh install after a full uninstall, but I'll try this again tomorrow and get back to you.

No other controllers are set up, or connected to Logic.

This behavior is happening in Pro Tools too which also doesn't have any other controllers setup or connected to it.

No worries at all, appreciate the efforts - it's happening on a blank project with one empty audio track on an iMac Pro so the CPU is not struggling here.

Thanks for the reply! I am connecting with a direct cable from the avid mix to the cat5 network plug on the back of an iMac Pro.
I also tried swapping out the cable for another newer one today, but...

Unfortunately it doesn't seem like it's working okay, a lot of the tests don't work as they should, regardless of if ethernet is connected. The unit also won't power off once it is switched on, again...

Yes it was working with the same setup before, I have it connected directly via Ethernet to the computer.

Is there any way to factory reset this unit? It feels a lot like I have software bricked...

Hmm, that sucks that it is getting worse performance with software updates.

I wonder if this performance issue will be improved on the new Avid S1 Control Surface. I'm not holding my breath...

My Artist Mix is frozen with 'AVID' logo on every track. When I press the power button nothing happens. When I plug out power then plug power in again I get the correct power up sequence of lights...

Computer isn't on wi-fi, so I don't think it's that, thanks for the info though. Remember, I'm connecting this with a physical ethernet connection, not wi-fi.

Can you suggest any panning plugins? I tried flux stereo plugin but even the single pan knob on that does dual panning haha.

I'll look at separating the audio files and controlling their volume...

No worries amagras! It's difficult to explain / understand to be honest!

A single pan knob balances the L and R channels by attenuating L or R channels.

Dual pan knobs treats the L and R...
