Chris - there is a difference between "not supported" and "doesn't work." 8.0.5 wasn't supported on Mountain Lion either yet I've never had a problem. That's why I ask.

Gotcha. So keeping score we have:
1) Mbox Mini 2 that works - but with a software other than protools
2) M-Powered 8.0.5 that seems to be working fine

No - PT LE 8 is NOT officially supported on Lion, but I've had no problems. Just hoping I can get lucky twice and have it work on Mountain...
