Elastic Audio Neo Assertion Prob persists

Hi!

As another user posted, when i make a track elastic, my task window shows up with
error analyzing audio. Status shows neo assertion in "volumes/ etc etc
I get as many error as there are...

7.4 please help! where is the software!!

I somehow managed to UNINSTALL 7.4 and now have 7.1 but my controllers are all 7.4 so nothing works.

THe only download for 7.4 I can find is for LEOPARD. WHERE is the the one for 10.4.xx!!!!
