I will try that next chance I get, but I'm dubious of the tests merit as another application is working fine. I still suspect some setting I'm not getting right in Pro Tools.

I made sure all the 'input filters' were turned off when I was horsing around with it yesterday. Unless I'm missing something I see no output filters.
