Have you tried "All MIDI Notes Off" (from the Event dropdown)?

Command-Shift-period

Do it continuously, like 5-10 times, usually gets my MIDI and VIs "unstuck".

Not sure if it will work...

Some MIDI notes fall off grid by 1 tick (always forward) reopening sessions in 2023.6 (started happening in 2022.9 for me).

Anyone else experience this: MIDI notes that have moved by a tick when you reopen a session (not snapped to grid anymore)? It started in 2022.9 for me. It happens every 4, 8, 16, 32, 64 bars etc.
