A guy I work with called Avid Support and they admitted this is a known issue and will be fixed in the next CS release

I did the same thing. I asked Avid for support and they send me a new asset, problem solved, took a couple days

For the most natural sound, I would go through and remove all the blank areas, breaths, etc...

If you are running Pro Tools 7.1 or higher, you can change your pull up/pull down option to 4 up .1 up and it will output PAL, you really should feed pal reference into your sync i/o though or it...

Ram usage with Mac OSX Pro Tools 7.2

Just curious how much ram people are using in 7.2 on osx and if they've noticed a big increase in speed. 7.2 seems really sluggish. We run 1.5GB Dual 2Ghz with HD3 pci-e.

Just discovered a possible bug that never happened in 7.1

At our post facility, we run PAL outputs on most of the features we do. We can run realtime conversions out of Pro Tools using the 4.1%...
