Ahhh!! I got it to work thanks to your suggestion.
Simply selecting the cue and command c + Command v wasn't doing anything but as soon as I manually added a random "break point" or "keyframe"...

I must have a preference set wrong, that doesn't work for me either, as far as I know that would only copy and paste any automation that was already there on that selected cue?
