this just started today, when the system booted up. all of our sends going to WAVES plug ins (H-Delay, Rverb) and AVID plug ins (Dverb, TLSpace) are suddenly distorting to a HUGE degree!...

there is this shell2vst freeware app floating around to do just this with waves in different hosts, but it is only in the vst world, not ours of rtas.

i think we got it all ironed out. something wasn't talking to something properly and after a bunch of updates and reseating connections it all seems to be fine now. just the dreaded i/o craziness!
