I think it's worth it. If you pick up your plugins on sale you can get some gems ( Ocean Way, Space Echo, Cooper TC, etc) and unison is a great technology for tracking - have had great results from...

Well, I for one am excited about it for tracking projects at least. Can't see myself leaving PT for mixing, but I like console, and the low latency, so let's see how it is. Oh, plus...you can't argue...

hanging PT app start/looking for control surfaces

Hi all, any idea how to get round this? I always have a long hang when I start PT at the point it says its looking for a control surface, when there's isn't one attached.

Yep, control shows up in Eucontrol , both are v3.7.0.x versions, connected via wifi.

Can we get rid of this piece of resource wasting crap? Or at the very least - make it optional as it does absolutely nothing of value. It doesn't even shut down cleanly sometimes such is it's buggy...
