You do have a corresponding audio track for that MIDI track, right? And its outputs are being sent to the right place (typically Analog 1-2). And you have the right inputs chosen on said audio track...

God, I hope this works- I try to mess around as "root user" as little as possible. I'll try this though, just hoping it won't make CoreAudio adjustments System wide, or some weirdness...

I've been getting very frustrated recently trying to use other apps w/ Digi's CoreAudio Setup. It's seems to not let me add any applications to the list, or even remove them. It's like it's "stuck"....

Have a looksee at these FW drives. They seem ('cause I haven't used one yet) pretty nice from the specs. They look pretty robust. Of course, specs and looks can be deceiving. Has anyone tried these?...

Hello people! I have an 001 interface running PTLE 6.1.2/ OS 10.2.8. I had Digital Performer working w/ it too, for awhile...now when trying to launch DP 4.1 (tried 4.11 too) it gets to the splash...

FWIW, PT 5.x.x can use HFS (but not UFS, of course) volumes. I believe that changed w/ PT 6.

I think the scam is that the cashier's check they send you is counterfeit. Since these are international in origin, I'd report them to a federal agency. Don't delete the email. I'm not sure which...

So, w/ this I could pull up Firewire as (an) I/O in PTLE? And, when I've ever used the Digimax or Octopre units, I've always come in lightpipe. I didn't know you could use FW as an I/O in LE...
