Back to the iLok issue. I had the same problem on my Hack (PT9 LE on 10.6.8). Thanks to TravisDRS for pointing me in the right direction. It was not an iLok or USB problem; it was network related.

gravol, I don't know if it's the same on PT10, but on PT9 I had the same problem which was caused by an ethernet card conflict.

Open About This Mac under apple menu and click More Info... Click...
