I finally got it to work!
I reinstalled Windows (not sure if it helped), reinstalled Pro Tools, and reinstalled my audio drivers (in that order). Then I installed ASIO4ALL v2 and it worked after...

When I unplug my interface and try to start Pro Tools, it says, "Unable to locate hardware. Make sure your hardware is connected and turned on."

I don't think my computer has the option to disable a floppy drive. There's nothing in Device Manager relating to floppy drives. And not in the bios either.

Hmmm. There are no Pro Tools preferences folders or anything. It's my first time trying to run Pro Tools on my computer.

I turned off my antivirus software (Microsoft Security Essentials) and...

I just did a clean install of Windows 7 64-bit.
I installed it with the latest drivers for my ASUS mobo. I used Windows Update to make sure everything was up to date.
