Same issue here. unchecking the relevant state boxes on the import dialog doesn't cure. I'm not trying to import the track content, just the plugins, etc.

I do believe that poorly compliant plugins just in the folder and enumerated at startup can affect PT performance (9171 and 9173 errors, and high buffer requirements. We've shown this can occur...

Jeff, this is not a fully-qualified path to expectedlist.xml, and indeed I can't find it in any folder under appdata/local
