If you trash your preferences you will loose your video sync offset. If that's on 0 on the other system then it could be that.

Could you make a photo of your setup (front and back)? Then it might be better to give some direct tips! The cooler unit looks good; but depends on your placement etc if it's going to be a succes.

You probably need to have the back open; especially when the heat cannot escape through the front or the sides. Most 19" metal racks have somewhat an open side since you hang them in your rack unit....

Yes,

They confirmed that it works on the same protocol as the Avid PRE, but could not exactly point out how it would operate on the D-command. That being said; Next Monday I will pick up a M108...
