Is it me? or are the HD accel cards overpriced

Why not buy 2 used HD card for around half the price rather than upgrading your 2 hd cards to the accel cards. Maybe I am missing something?

importing 44.1 into 96 smaple rate

I am trying to figure out how to import 44.1 sessions(drumloops) into a 96k session without changing tempo. Save it to disk first? Any suggestions I would be grateful. Thanks Robert

Thanks to everybody for all the feedback. I am sure the HD will provide more DSP power. Somebody pointed out will there actually be sound improvement with the HD system once you have gone down 44.1...
