I never got an answer, and I'm certainly not holding my breath. I've never upgraded past PT LE 8.0.5, and this still happens on occasion. Very frustrating.

Is it still possible to upgrade/crossgrade from PT 8 to PT 9?? I see an upgrade path from 9 to 10 on the Avid site, but no longer find 8 to 9.

I copied the automation at COPY SPECIAL. I went to the next file and it didn't copy.

Would this be an IMPORT SESSION DATA fix?? How do I do that??

Correct, it is from 2 different session files. If it were within the same session I'd be fine.

It sounds like we've got slightly different problems. And my problem has not been resolved. It happens sporadically, and usually at a bad time. I upgraded to v8.0.5 as suggested, but that didn't...
