PT10.? / Have you read the release notes for all of the releases? There were 10 .x releases for PT10 so there might be a version in there that does work better for you.

I would guess a setting like either
Polyphony mode or omni setting inside SSD’s

Caveat I’ve never used SSD’s

But I would go through the settings once again
