I have had 002R working on XP x64 and W7 x64. I haven't really tried stress testing the W7 install though. You need the legacy firewire drivers for W7 to get it to work.

I had to give DIGI a call to get the auths placed in my ilok account for the new versions to work. It was free, but DIGI had to be involved for it to work.
