Sorry that the case wasn't making progress. Looks like you should have a temp license and the installers now to get up and running while CS works on the case.

Your account shows you received a No Cost Student/Edu Upgrade. That does not include support or the new plug-in bundle. Did you purchase an Upgrade and Support Plan?

Best to start a support case with your account info (for both accounts) so CS can take care of them. Please use the "Access the Support Portal" link in your Avid account (http://account.avid.com).

Your iLok account shows you have the "Pro Tools HD Plan" license. This authorizes the plug-ins so you need to Activate that to your iLok2.
