Protools 11 isn't out yet.
Nothing is in stone... yet.

What do you think you're accomplishing by dismissing...

Do any of us have a choice... beside dropping Protools?

Look... I'm all for 64 bit Protools.
I've been using self-built 64 bit computers for years.
I welcome 64 bit and I appreciate all the work...

It will cost many users... that's one reason.

So... it will also create goodwill... won't it.

I can understand Avid playing hardball, but what do you think you'll gain from being a...

Why would you think all AAX plugs will be 64 bit?
Samplers for sure, but why bother with EQ's or compressors.

What makes you think that 32 bit and 64 bit can't co-exist in the same 64 bit app?

Excellent point... and often overlooked.

I'm all for Protools moving to 64 bit.
Needed for VI, samplers. but the claim the we need to wipe 32 bit RTAS out because it's holding back 64 bit, I'll...
