Maybe Apple Quicktime needs to update to 7.7.5 or update to 8. Maybe the drivers are old?

Same problem here but I did install it tho. I had to hold the "I" key on the keyboard to "Ignore" the error and continue. I had to do that for 5 mins straight to complete installation:mad:

Pro tools 11.0.2 is still a FAIL. The video is still blacked out in the grid and the videos is still blank in the external video window. AVID FIX THIS ERROR ASAP!!!!
