Yep I tried all of those things. Protools sessions play back fine. I just did a clean install to versions that were working and still have the same problem. Seems like a session...

thanks guys. replaced my lite pipe cables and that did the trick. i think i will pass on the big ben for now. i still get random flashing light on my 192 digital i/o. any ideas what that could be.
