You should be able to try ProTools 12.8 since you’re on a higher OS. I’m stuck at 12.7 since I have a 2012 Mac Pro so I can’t go above 10.9.5 OS. GOOD LUCK

You should send a support request to the manufacturer of the plugin you use. In this case their name is Native Instruments.

Cool. Problem fixed.

Answer: Get a monitor that has a 1080p resolution. I suggest 1920x1080p

I’m referring to 1366x768. That’s not a normal raster size. I agree that 720p is a standard.

Yea but 720 is not truly HD. 720p resolution is the standard version of HD known as SD. And if it was 1080x720p I could see it working but that laptop screen has an odd resolution and hence plugins...

Update:

The next day my profile was green and I was able to see the cloud project a client uploaded. I try to open it, ProTools says it is opening and nothing happens. I checked the Project Cache...

I just ran into the same problem. We are using slightly different MacOS but this is the same problem I have. I can’t even use the Artist Chat feature. I’m on ProTools 12.7 on Mac 10.9.5 on a wired...

Hello,

I am unable to use my avid cloud profile on this PT12.7 system. There are two problems:

1. When a cloud project is created, I am getting a SSL certificate error (see screenshot below)....
