Pro Tools has historically not ADC corrected for plugin audio latency on instrument tracks. It won't add latency "introduced by the delay compensation setting"...

It's the only option if you don't want to run under Rosetta.

It's behaving as expected given Avid oh so nicely removed the MAudio MIDI driver in 2024.3. There are many threads already about this on DUC that you can find with Google search.

An issue with the Mbox is the limit of 8 DAW outputs, be sure you understand that vs. the number of physical output. Much discussed on DUC, with no effort I know of by Avid to clarify their marketing...

The thingies you have are called sessions not projects. Projects are new style cloud collaboration projects that largely are flakey and unreliable and almost everybody avoids using. Do not go there....
