I mostly use an S6 but have a few s3's deployed. If you set your controller to attn pan on track selection, does the joystick attn as well? I don't have a midi joystick to test with.

Too clunky, not working well. I think it works better with the dolby planner but in on windows and would rather use the native pro tools planner

Not in my experience and I mix 4 hours of TV a week on my windows pro tools system. In every format from stereo to surround to atmos. I normally run HD pro res video. Actually I think I get better...

Video Satellite as a workaround to slave a mac for video is unsupported when slaved to a PC....

I have done this for years and years with no issues. try it. It works fine or it used to 3 years ago.

To Expand on this, PT could have an offset with the video window is closed and when it's open. So the video window is open, offset = 0. If it's closed offset is whatever the hardware offset is.

MAn I just tested a RME USB Babyface Pro on my system. I can run it at 64 samples!! Thats crazy. It's the HD Native and or HDX card

I think it's important to have compatibility. I bet every single facility with a s6 has at least 1 artist series controller.
