You would have to test it but a fantastic tool to have on hand and free is ffmpeg.

@mhuang Final cut tags all media files based on framerate. Any files that are 24fps or 25fps will be tagged as "Film" and 29.97, 23.98, 59.94 ect will be tagged as "Video"

Hey Basslab.
Framerate settings in Pro Tools really have no effect on the duration or sync of audio to picture. It's simply changes the ruler that pro tools uses to count time within the session....
