i cant go back to 9.0.3, i dont have a copy of it. i tried going back to 9.0.5 and 9.0.2 and it still doesnt work. does anyone have any other suggestions. i really need to fix this. thanks.

yeh. everything in the sessions are the same. before the i did the fresh install of windows and pro tools i was able to import session data just fine in pro tools 9.0.6. are there some settings or...

I already submitted a support ticket on Friday but had yet to receive a response and had hoped to get the issue resolved before the end of the weekend so I could reopen my studio by Monday.

i cant copy the dvd because the data2.cab file is corrupt and i dont have the download available on mydigi account. so who would i contact about getting a download link for a replacement installer.

i just did a hardware exchange to a digi 003 rack factory with pro tools 8 and when i try to install pro tools i get a feature transfer error about a quarter of the way through
