Re: azuki_Cliff error - Can't open recent session

I've been running very well on this system, with no performance issues for about 7 years, so that's not the issue.

The sandisk must have been plugged in when I ran the Sandra report. It's in...

Update*** azuki_Cliff error - Can't open recent session. EZ drummer is the culprit.

I opened a new session and imported tracks from the problem session one at a time.

The "kick" track with EZDrummer was the culprit.

BTW: EZD is and was updated.

If I drag the EZD.dll's out...

Re: azuki_Cliff error - Can't open recent session

Interesting. I got the same errors, after OK-ing the 'import session data' box. I suppose next is to import one track at a time and hopefully rule out the culprit.

Thanks so much for that tip.

azuki_Cliff error - Can't open recent session

Hey everyone,

I haven’t been up here for a couple years, and have been running pretty smooth with 7.3.1cs7 and my original m-box. A few days ago, I went to open a recent session, and got:

Re: new video card?

Hey Alb. Glad to hear from you.

I have recently updated from Nvidia, and with no monitor, I'm not sure how to do much of anything, but, since you also feel that it's the card then I will order a...

Re: Miroslav Philharmonik No Brainer deal - $15!

Hey all,

Just thought I'd drop by and say thanks for the info on the No Brainer deal. I snagged it, had some trouble authorizing, but it's running beautifully in my humble 7.3.1 system. Funny, it...

Re: where's that 4 gig of ram thread?

Still wondering if that thread still exists and if I could be directed to it. My system is as is. I'm not upgrading to 8, 9, 10, 11, or 12. I'm just looking for the thread.

Thanks, Dave

where's that 4 gig of ram thread?

Hi There,

I unsuccessfully searched for an old thread that discussed how someone’s getting PT to use 4 gigs of ram(or almost 4 gigs) by doing some registry tweaks. I couldn’t find it. If anyone...

Re: inexpensive monitors

Good news: So far I'm very happy with this setup. I've figured out the switching and all that. Things sound real nice here: cleaner than before, and more spacious.

Okay, I called Onkyo and their tech support guy told me that everything is IC based. That's the best he could do. I think that means there are no transistors, but am probably wrong, because I don't...

Hi there,

End of an era. My GF and I just called it quits after 8 years. We wrote and recorded together and she sings beautifully (though I'm now finding her voice a rather nauseating at times.)...

Hey Danander,

I recently checked out the trial of Synful Orchestra, and really liked it. I think it was for 10 days. I wrote a thing for strings only, and got really nice results. The learning...

Nice! Very clever and/or probably a standard approach. Geez, I wish to heck I knew what was doing. I'm always able to get to - or back to what I hear in my head. It just takes too damn long. Good...

Re: Who likes math?

Actually, from a monetary standpoint - that was a joke. A sort of Mahlerian C# minor slow movement kind of joke. :o

And yes, I will only ever depend on my ears. Meters are fun to look at but...

This has been gnawing at me since I first delved into the VI drum world – and I know it applies to acoustic drums as well.

I'm running EZ Drummer (Nashville kit esp.) and have snare top...
