FOH Rack Trouble

Hi

I have a trouble in a FOH Rack. All the inputs and outputs including the ones in 10x card cliping and make a strange noise.
Any help will be welcome.

I have a strange issue with the sidecar of our D-Show. with one of our FOH Racks it starts normally with the other rack remains in stand-by mode and it´s not recognized by the system.
