You are saying "iLock cloud" and I don't think that's what you want. iLok Cloud is the opposite to the iLok dongle if you are working with an iLok dongle you don't need to deal with iLock Cloud...

And that is likely for the same reasons as other folks here. Did you notice the questions asked of them? Like was it a new iLok, where was it purchased, did the packaging looked open, are you sure...

I think he meant from what actual dealer, not the geospatial coordinates.
