With the two tracks I meant that we only recorded two stereo tracks (so we had four mics). And that it is therefore strange...

Yes we had only two stereo channels


So you use Dante Virtual Soundcardas in the playback engine? But whats your setup then to listen to the material?
Or do you send the Main output via Dante...

HUI Midi Control not working

For years the HUI midi control for our TASCAM DM-4800 worked normally.

Now we have updated to a Mac Studio with PT Ultimate 2013.6.

At the beginning you could still select the Tascam...

When I drag a MP4 or import via "import" the message: Create another track pop ups.

But then nothing happens - no new track and no MP4 was added.

we have a PT Ultimate with 2019.6 update.


We should have AVID Heat inluded, but we cant find a way to activate it.


In the "view" menu, the option HEAT isnt avaiable.

Application Manager does not sync

we have a valid license for HD Ultimate updates.


But the Application Manager does not show us the updates which are avaiable.


The last version is PT 2018.12 and there is no update...

Hi,


we have a HD Native System with ProTools Ultimate 2019.5


It is connected to a 192 Digital Interface.

Hi,

we are having much trouble here too.

Not during the recording process but during editing it's almost impossible to work.
The editing tools always need a little bit and after pressing play...

PT 11 sometimes won´t play

when i´m in a PT Session it sometimes occur, that suddenly i can´t play files.

Everything works fine, but after a while suddenly the "Stop" and "Play" buttons start flashing slowly...
