I always get this same error too! And now a new one of error 720. I've tried 6 processors, 90%CPU, 4 processors. 85% CPU... a number of combinations that everyone has recommended.

Press "n" as PT boots up. Then change your output device to what you are using. If that fails, try using your Internal Output- which will enable you to at least get past that message- and go back...
