$99 Annual Upgrade Plan Question

I've got the 10/11 "vanilla" bundle now, which is a perpetual license. I don't mind trading that in for just a PT12 perpetual license (don't use 10 anymore at all).

That subscription paragraph only applies to software that is licensed as subscription software (Media Composer, maybe? I'm not well versed on the MC licensing issues). I don't think that's intended...
