I have watched the Avid Getting Started YT videos for Pro Tools First. In Episode 4 it covers Mirrored Midi Editing. I am using version 2018.7.0 and I don't see the button for this anywhere.

Regarding the bounced track being added to your project...In the export Audio Mix dialog box there is an option to check the box that says "import exported file". Maybe that was checked and you...

The manual doesn't seem to cover anything regarding deleting of inserts. Can inserts be deleted or is this a limitation of PT First?

UPDATE: Not sure what the problem was but after a re-boot it seems to have cleared up and the bass patches are working now.
