Grouping In Pro Tools LE 7 Wont Stop

Grouped something by mistake. Ungrouped it. but parts are grouped....how to ungroup them? has to be a way. thanks

i read the guide but should i mute the track im recording on for every track. or should i move the mix knob til its right an un-mute the track?

i got an M Box 2...i play with the Mix knob an when i lower the lantency...the volume of the mic for some reason goes lower. Does the 002 an 003 have latency monitoring?
