It is not on, just the weirdest little thing. I guess I can go through all the trouble shooting issues and maybe re-install everything?

Have you tried putting your video on a seperate drive? Also what codec are you using for video? Motion Jpeg A and DV 25 seem to work best with PT, just my opinion.
