I'd like to hear some details about the 128 I/O over CoreAudio part of this. If this is general, and not specific to Dolby Audio Bridge, I'd probably update my Ultimate license.

Not an existing session, but in 11.3.1 any attempt to add a new instance of Console 1 to a track crashes Pro Tools on my Windows 7 x64 machine. I just reported the issue to Softube today.

Not sure if this is an option for you, but you could always locate the PC in the next room and just route the relevant cables through the wall. Head to Monoprice, buy a set of 15 foot cables...
