Did you get a case number?
I opened a case in support and received a case number. Then started a thread (this thread) describing the issue and provided my case number. It got pretty quick...

Did you open a case in the support portal? They got on this pretty quick. Especially after putting the case# in this conversation...

Pro Tools license not deposited with a new Subscription

I just purchased and downloaded PT one year subscription.

Downloaded and installed PT and the Plug-ins. I can see all the plugins on iLok Manager but not PT itself. I cannot activate PT.
