4 units all having this behavior.... just called customer support and am awaiting a callback from the Pro Console Department or something like that. How quickly can I expect this callback?

Frustration here also... $7000 and the initial version, although not bug free, was in many ways better than the update. I feel 100% crippled in workflow right now. Ugh. I’m a pretty patient and...
