That screenshot shows your iLok has 0 Activations. You need to activate the Pro Tools Ultimate bundle to that iLok. Drag the license bundle there, or right+click > Activate...

Sorry, clarifying... Crossgrade to Subscription is $99US/year (for the first 2 years), renewal of an Update Plan for a Perpetual License is $199US/year. Not sure what product would be $779 - that...

Sounds like you are referencing the wrong product since the Update Plan renewal for PT is $199US. Do you have a preferred reseller or a URL for what you found?

Sounds like he was talking about the Expansion Pack (https://www.avid.com/plugins/eleven-rack-expansion-pack) - that does only allow for 1 install since it's an upgrade....

No. While you can set up Avid Link to automatically update your Avid software, if you have not enabled that preference (in Avid Link) then it's up to you to download and run the installer(s).

I found that having Algorithm enabled in D-Verb will cause the Size and Decay to revert to default values after first playback (even with no automation). I'll log a bug, but for now the workaround...
