I switch between AutoTune Pro and Waves Tune Real-Time.
Both work ok if the vocals already are pretty in tune. But they both get that wobbly effect when pushed hard wich I don't like.

Personally i use side chain’ing mainly to let the kick control the low end of the bass and the bass control the lowend of any other instruments wich could interfere with the lowend of the kick and...

Re: Pro Tools 2019.6 (Win 10) starts itself?

I get this behaviour (that Pro Tools 2019.6 starts itself) after a crash. Could this be whats happening?

For me its usually a buggy plugin that causes crashes. I ultimately remove by uninstalling...

Re: i7 Builds - Specs and Results

Hi, its working fine. I run all my sessions at 96k/32bit and use alot of different VI’s in realtime. Often 10 to 20 different VI’s in each session. I rarely freeze tracks since I need to work fast...

Re: Changing pitch of a song

Xform or Serato Pitch n Time works ok for me. If its only a half step EA would probably work aswell.

For more extreme stuff none of the pitch plugins I have tried is good enough. I either loose...

Re: Do you really have to completely restart Pro Tools when connecting a MIDI control

I'm bumping this as this has not been implemented in Pro Tools yet. Don't know why???
It would be great to have this work on Windows.

Re: PT 2019.5 plug-in efficiency

Re: PT 2019.5 plug-in efficiency

Hmmm. I have to check again. On my system changing from 1024 (where I work) to 64 shows a significant increase in CPU usage (just like befor).
I'm using Nexus2, Hive, Sylenth, Spire, Battery4,...

Re: PT 2019.5 plug-in efficiency

Just on a side note I havent notice any plug-in efficiency between PT 2018 or 2019 on Windows 10.
They seem to work with the same efficiency on my system.

Re: Krazy Deal on T-RackS Stealth Limiter

Agree it sounds good. But it's got a huge amount of latency so it's not nice to mix into while recording VI's.
Wish it had a zero option. Every plugin should have a zero latency option this for...

My previous PT rig was based around a gigabyte mb.
My current PT rig is based around an Asus mb. Both have had their issues but with current PT version I use it works great.

Re: Is it April fools already?

I've tried the Izotope RX demo and think it works really great. Is it supposed to compete with Izotope?
