Update:


I tried importing session data into a new session, then changed all tracks to sample based and have not had the assertion error since doing so.

yes, it seems to happen when I am shuttling -moving to a memory location or moving to a different location.

Regarding the buttons for markers, the reason I asked was because I create "fader groups" with the C24 using track show/hide setup saved as a marker, so I can hit a marker...

That's throws off the timing since the delay compensation algorithm does not know how to handle it? For example, your timed delay may no longer be in sync with the beat.
