Was attempting to try Positive Grids BIAS FX Pro Demo. But once again a protools train wreck.
There should be a warning on the box: "protools doesn't work without crashing, or with anything else....

I've noticed doing a system clean,(deleting temp files etc..) on the main drive or defraging effects the loading time of the program. Once this is done once, it never seems to go back to the loading...

Ok so I guess my problem was: I was trying to fade "audio" tracks And "midi" tracks at the same time. It would make sense that most fading is done after the initial mix/down into stereo, however...

Update.. Solution 1) You're going to have to crank the input gain for a bass on the m-box much higher than for a guitar. This may or may not sound poopy and will all depend on your bass pickups....
