Great list.
I'd add:
MIDI note names
Piano roll "fold" option a la Ableton etc to just show used notes.
Not just MIDI strum but reverse/iterate etc
Pay AIR to update and expand the included...

each in their own window or Space.

Confirmed here, the Gater presets don't load anything/are all the same.
Did AIR "support" ever get back to you?

You can drag a MIDI file from Stylus RMX directly on to Omnisphere's GUI to "Groove Lock" them together...but as you still can't have more than one instrument GUI open in PT =no dice.

The using Shift+semicolon to also highlight the same area in the tracks below?

With you mouse select the timeline/meter range you want to copy.
Hold Shift and tap the semicolon key repeatedly to then highlight all of the tracks you want to copy.
Duplicate away.

PT has been doing this to me since version 10
- no problems with Cubase, Logic or Ableton, just Pro Tools. ...

As a workaround, if you're on Mac, you can go to System Preferences>Keyboard>Shortcuts>App Shortcuts and add Pro Tools to then assign a keyboard shortcut yourself.
