No demo's here. It may be 1 session in particular that is causing it, but when it starts up any other session I open will make the same noise. Must quit PT.

Same thing here in PT 12.8.1. Turning off HEAT does work, but I wouldn't call that true commitment. The best workaround until this is fixed is to just do it in real time...in other words uncheck...

Hi Billy,

Heat is working on my rig. Maybe try doing a clean uninstall of PT and then reinstall.

Anyway, I don't have UAD, so that rules that out as the culprit.

I get the same issues on...

I've got almost the exact same rig as you and I'm having similar problems with 9171's, 9172's and 9129's.
