This issue doesn't appear in the bug fixes list.
Has anyone installed 2019.5 ? Please tell me that I'm wrong ?

Am running a few plugins licenses and ProTools from ilok cloud and it works pretty smoothly apart from occasional hangs when in the train with very limited network but no sudden crash

Do you have a bug number we could track ?
Also, it seems it is a pretty new bug, rolling back to an older version (2018.4) could fix this specific issue.

Definitely experiencing the same issue.
If LLM is on and plugins are inserted on a track, the playback of this track is ahead when record armed.
It is as if this track's playback was playing...
