Comp Crashed, How Do I Reinstall PT 12.5?

Hi,

I had PT12.5 on my computer when it crashed and the hard drive had to be wiped clean, so now need to re-install PT.

I had the Support Plan, but inadvertently let it lapse. Am I SOL?

Any update on when the updates will be available? At this point the Mini Grand is rendered useless. Which is a shame, because it's a good virtual instrument.

Thanks for the reply! I do notice double notes, yet I still have the same problem when I delete the extra notes.

It looks like this is a known issue and they're sending out an update soon.

Thanks for the detailed advise! The problem is I bought my copy of PT LE 8 from Sweetwater, not Avid, so it's not on my products page, only the updater is on there. Guess I'll need to check with...
