Well, this is gonna sound crazy, but the simple fix was adding a basic cheap 7.1 pci sound card to my machine!! Everything is working perfectly now...no noise no buzz..All playback buffer settings...

The only other program that uses the 003 would be FL Studio.....other than that the rest on the PC's sound is handled by the onboard sound...

How do i trash prefs and databases? will that mess with any of my other sessions? I have never had to do that before.?

I am using the same old drivers for 9.0.2 that i have used for the last 7...

Yes i have tried recording into numerous sessions, even sessions that have all prefect working audio tracks that were recorded in the past and no matter what, anything I try to record now gives me...

Yes, Ive reloaded all my plugins now and also reloaded my sessions from 7.4 and everything works great.... with that being said now im not sure that i want to go to 9.02 yet...why upgrade something...

Well, Im here to report that it's all installed and working PERFECT..i haven't been able to find a single flaw or problem so far...I'm only running 9.0 right now basically cause to download the 9.02...

Yea i tried that...It still exports the actual session file as a .pts....which seems to not want to work with 6.4...he needs the session file to be a .ses file....theres no save options for...
