Had this issue on S6L, followed this Avid link courtesy of the wonderful folks at McDSP and it fixed the issue.

I went to download the Venue standalone software and noticed that version 5.5 has been pulled from the Avid site or at least from my valid account and the only option is v.5.4.2.4. Anything important...

S6L-32D, E6L-192, SW Version 5.3.0.137

In our S6L system there is a noticeable "stepping sound" when adjusting input gain +/- and also the same type of sound but even louder when adjusting input...
