Thanks Jack. Plug-ins are not an issue in this case. As long as I can open the PT 12 session in PT 10, all is good.

Also, when you are in PT 12 and select "Save a Copy in" does PT 10 show up or is...

Thanks for tip about that preference that only applies to drag/drop.
As far as the imports.........all wav files, all exported out of Pro Tools and all mono tracks, no interleaved files

No need as I'm going to someone else's studio.....so if it doesn't work on my PT10 Laptop, I can easily switch to his Cubase system that was designed with the Steinberg.
